NA Project Quality Leader

Stellantis•Auburn Hills, MI

About The Position

The NA Project Quality Leader owns the Milestone Assessment Convergence Process, ensuring that project requirements are supported by demonstrated evidence at each Product Development Process (PDP) gate from Pre-Contract through Start of Production (SOP). The role works across Software (SWE) and Hardware (EHE) domains and coordinates with Powertrain, Vehicle Engineering, and program stakeholders to build milestone readiness, surface roadblocks early, and drive their resolution ahead of official Quality Milestone Assessments. The position evaluates project maturity against milestone requirements, deliverables, and KPIs; leads structured readiness reviews; and owns Quality KPIs and performance forecasting across SWE and EHE. It consolidates readiness data to prioritize risks and significant roadblocks, supports go/no-go recommendations, and develops recovery plans with domain teams to protect milestone and SOP delivery. The role also captures and deploys lessons learned and converts recurring deviations into preventive actions and stronger process maturity, helping ensure a robust, on-time launch.

  • Capture and deploy lessons learned across programs to strengthen milestone convergence.
  • Prioritize and escalate critical roadblocks through project reviews and cross-functional channels.
  • Assess risk severity, occurrence, and detection (SOD) to support go/no-go recommendations at each gate.
  • Build recovery plans with SWE/EHE domain teams to protect milestone and SOP delivery.
  • Align SWE, EHE, Powertrain, Vehicle Engineering, and program stakeholders on deliverables and quality metrics.
  • Convert recurring roadblocks and milestone deviations into preventive actions and stronger process maturity.
