About The Position
The MyChart Help Desk Specialist provides technical support and customer service for patients and healthcare providers using the MyChart patient portal. This role ensures timely resolution of issues related to account access, functionality, and general usage of the MyChart system, contributing to a seamless digital healthcare experience.
Requirements
- Candidates must be from MO, IL, or AR.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1+ years of experience in a help desk, customer service, or healthcare IT role required.
Nice To Haves
- Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Familiarity with Epic Systems and MyChart preferred.
- Bilingual (Spanish, Mandarin, etc.) preferred.
- Experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
- Understanding of HIPAA and patient privacy regulations preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provides technical support and customer service for patients and healthcare providers using the MyChart patient portal.
- Ensures timely resolution of issues related to account access, functionality, and general usage of the MyChart system.
