About The Position

Hawley Troxell is seeking a full-time Help Desk Specialist to support end users in all office locations in Idaho and Washington from our Boise office. This may include assisting end users with solving technical and hardware problems using a ticketing system, software and hardware training, and working with vendors.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of IT help desk experience
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, train end users and organize a busy workload
  • Strong knowledge of Windows Operating System
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Basic hardware knowledge
  • Experience troubleshooting software incompatibilities
  • Experience connecting peripheral components
  • Experience with PC hardware issues and upgrades
  • Ability to lift 25 lbs

Responsibilities
