About The Position

The MyChart Help Desk Specialist provides technical support and customer service for patients and healthcare providers using the MyChart patient portal. This role ensures timely resolution of issues related to account access, functionality, and general usage of the MyChart system, contributing to a seamless digital healthcare experience.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1+ years of experience in a help desk, customer service, or healthcare IT role

Nice To Haves

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree
  • Familiarity with Epic Systems and MyChart
  • Bilingual (Spanish, Mandarin, etc.)
  • Experience in a healthcare setting
  • Understanding of HIPAA and patient privacy regulations
