AAA Oregon/Idaho is looking for an experienced and collaborative professional looking to grow their IT career with a meaningful brand. Based in our Downtown Portland office, the Help Desk Specialist will support our IT Team and team members across the company. The Help Desk Specialist is responsible for providing first contact trouble resolution, installing and configuring software and hardware as necessary for business purposes, and the maintenance of hardware systems. This role is part of a team that provides internal support to our business lines, helping to ensure software and hardware adherence and compliance. The Help Desk Specialist will work with colleagues and business staff daily to ensure working systems and a compliant environment. This role will also assist project teams with specified tasks.
