This role serves as the primary point of contact for end users, providing technical support related to hardware, software, and system issues. The ideal candidate will bring strong customer service skills and hands‑on experience supporting corporate end‑user technology. This is a full‑time, hybrid position based in Fairfax, VA. Per contract requirements, candidates must be U.S. Citizens and eligible for a Secret Security Clearance. Preference is given to candidates who currently hold an active Secret Clearance.
