About The Position

Ozark National Life Insurance is hiring a full-time Mutual Funds Assistant to support N.I.S. Financial Services, Ozark National Life, Registered Principals, and Customer Service. The role focuses on data entry, application processing, and administrative support while ensuring accuracy, organization, and timely completion of tasks. The position is on site at the company's downtown Kansas City, Missouri office, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new procedures and technology.
• Ability to prioritize workload effectively.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Nice To Haves

• Previous data entry or administrative experience, preferably in financial services or insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to customers and Registered Representative Services.
• Review and enter data into AS400, and copy and image new applications.
• Prepare and send correspondence to agents and clients.
• Review and forward additional purchases to various mutual fund companies.
• Process address changes and communicate updates to mutual fund companies.
• Complete monthly blotter updates.
• Add or detach policies to new and existing mutual funds.
• Open and distribute incoming mail to employees and departments.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual projects.
• File and image correspondence accurately.
