About The Position

LLE Education is looking for an enthusiastic Music Teacher to make a positive impact in the lives of our students. Our school program in Woodbridge is growing, and we are looking for highly enthusiastic educators capable of providing engaging hands-on lessons and experiences in a nurturing environment. Ideal candidates will be flexible and willing to take on other tasks as needed to ensure the success of the school. Requirements

Must have a Bachelor's degree or higher in one of the following: Early Childhood Education (ECE), Elementary Education, or a bachelor's degree in a related field with a minimum of 30 credits in child-related credits. Active and current enrollment in an accredited program may be considered when combined with experience.
Experience working with young children; school setting and/or childcare facility.
Flexibility to work hours based on the needs of the school and program.
Successful background check and VA licensing standards required.

Responsibilities

Create, design and implement lesson plans.
Manage your students as they learn, play, eat and sleep.
Keep your classroom organized and clean.
Observe your children's interests; work with other team members to develop creative ideas for an engaging curriculum.
Communicate with parents daily, sharing their children's latest adventures and achievements through a variety of avenues, including mobile apps and personal conversations.
