About The Position

Music & Arts is seeking a Music Teacher to teach private music lessons and inspire students of varying ages and skill levels. The teacher creates an engaging, supportive, and safe learning environment; builds relationships with students and parents through communication, goal-setting, and progress updates; coordinates with store teams on lesson scheduling and student retention; and uses musical expertise to foster student growth. Music & Arts handles administrative work so instructors can focus on teaching.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Music Education, Music Performance, or equivalent experience.
• 2 years of music teaching experience.

Nice To Haves

• Advanced degrees (Master’s or Doctoral) in Music.
• Professional teaching memberships or certifications.
• 8+ years of teaching experience, especially with multiple instruments.

Responsibilities
