About The Position

Music & Arts is hiring a Music Teacher to teach and inspire students through private music lessons. The role includes building positive relationships with students and parents through communication, goal-setting, and progress updates, and partnering with store teams to schedule lessons and encourage student retention. Music & Arts handles administrative work so instructors can focus on teaching.

The listed pay is $15.92 per hour for non-teaching work, plus $12–$30 per hour for teaching, depending on background and experience. Pay may vary by location and individual qualifications. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Music Education or Music Performance, or equivalent experience.
• Two years of music teaching experience.

Nice To Haves

• Master’s or doctoral degree in Music.
• Professional teaching memberships or certifications.
• Eight or more years of teaching experience, especially with multiple instruments.
