About The Position

Synergy Radiology Associates is seeking a dedicated MSK Radiologist to join its physician-led, collegial team and provide exceptional patient care across a diverse range of cases and modalities. The position is based in Houston, Texas, with onsite work and hybrid flexibility. The schedule is Monday through Friday on the day shift, with occasional weekend coverage and no call requirement.

The practice offers advanced technology, an AI-enabled dictation platform and reporting tools, and 24/7 internal secretarial and operational support. Radiologists may customize their workflow and have opportunities for internal moonlighting, leadership growth, and a path to partnership after one year.

Compensation includes a competitive base salary with productivity or per-click options. The posting cites average total compensation of $750,000 or more, with potential to exceed $1 million, and a $100,000 commencement bonus. A comprehensive benefits package is offered.

Requirements

• Board eligible or board certified by the ABR or AOBR.
• Residency training in Diagnostic Radiology.
• Fellowship training is required.
• Active state medical license and ability to obtain additional licenses.
