About The Position
Synergy Radiology Associates is hiring a day-shift Interventional Radiologist for its physician-led practice in Houston, Texas. The IR-focused role serves a diverse network of hospitals, Level II Trauma Centers, and outpatient sites, with a strong procedural focus and support from a robust, established IR clinic, advanced practice providers, referring providers, a 24/7 operations and call center, and a collaborative team. The practice uses state-of-the-art PACS and AI-enabled dictation and reporting tools. The position has a Monday–Friday day schedule and a hybrid work model combining onsite and remote work. Interventional Radiology call is shared on a Q6 basis, with strong team coverage and a call stipend. The role offers a one-year partnership track and opportunities for internal moonlighting. Compensation includes a competitive base salary with productivity or per-click options. The posting cites average total compensation of $750,000 or more, with potential to exceed $1 million, and a $75,000 commencement bonus. Requirements
- Fellowship training in Interventional Radiology is required.
- Board Eligible or Board Certified by the ABR or AOBR.
- Active Texas medical license or ability to obtain one.
Responsibilities
- Provide Interventional Radiology services across hospitals, Level II Trauma Centers, and outpatient sites.
- Participate in shared Interventional Radiology call on a Q6 schedule.
- Deliver clinical care with support from advanced practice providers, an established IR clinic, referring providers, and the practice’s operations and call center.
