About The Position

The Municipals Coordinator will operate as the bridge of communication between city officials and the Director of Government Affairs/Management Team. This position will conduct research on markets that Ecowaste Solutions can potentially utilize to further company growth, while working alongside the Director of Government Affairs to make sure the city contracts and accounts are accurate and sound.

Requirements

  • Excellent Interpersonal skills, including communication, both written and oral, facilitation and collaboration skills
  • Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
  • Proven ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a high stress, multi-tasking environment.
  • Must be organized, responsible, self-directed, and creative in problem-solving.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for submitting FOIA and obtaining city contracts.
  • Responsible for billing setup council presentation and reconciliation
  • Speaking to city officials regarding questions or concerns with city contracts or account issues
  • Performing municipal account audits to ensure accuracy of services and billing related activities.
  • Setting up municipal accounts inside company’s systems
  • Obtaining answers and resolutions to questions from Director of Government Affairs/Other Management
  • Researching potential city markets
  • Other tasks as assigned by management
