About The Position

The Multimedia Production & Graphic Design Coordinator is a hands-on, entry-level role designed to internalize all visual content creation, video editing, photography, and graphic design needs. Working in close partnership with the Strategic Marketing Coordinator, this position will take over production responsibilities from our external marketing vendor during a 6-month transition. The role is perfect for a creative professional with graphic/media production experience who enjoys bringing AV integration projects to life through compelling visuals, videos, and branded assets in a growing technical services company.

Responsibilities

  • Support Key Clients (CFA) and the Onsite Support team with digital signage content and graphics as needed.
  • Design and produce all social media graphics and visual assets to support the company's content calendar.
  • Edit and finalize short vignette videos for social media and marketing use.
  • Create high-value content marketing materials (infographics, brochures, one-pagers, digital assets).
  • Produce polished digital Project Profiles and maintain an organized, searchable database of all completed profiles.
  • Photograph, edit, and archive completed AV projects, active events, annual company headshots, and new-hire photos.
  • Partner with the Events team to create necessary graphics (lower thirds, splash screens, basic motion graphics) for projects and events.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to develop supplemental documents and visuals for proposal packages.
  • Update and refresh the monthly outbound newsletter with new graphics, layouts, and visual enhancements.
  • Provide graphic design support and enhancements for the company website as directed.
  • Work with the Operations & Programming teams to create custom graphic icons and branded elements.
  • Design and produce custom branded, logoed labels and assets for company swag and promotional items.
  • Organize, tag, and maintain all graphics, photos, and produced media assets in SharePoint for easy team access.
  • Collaborate daily with the Strategic Marketing Coordinator on the social media calendar, blog visuals, high-value content pieces, and other shared marketing priorities.
  • Assist key employees with LinkedIn profile enhancements (photos, headers, visual elements).
  • Participate in weekly alignment calls with the external Marketing Partner and AV-Tech leadership to stay synchronized on priorities and deliverables.
