• Computer skills to operate point of sale system is a plus

Responsibilities

• Guarantee the best customer experience within the store providing all the support that customers might need. To achieve this, it will be key to possess good product and fashion knowledge, positive attitude and the will to make customers feel at home.
• Be familiar with the sales indicators and focusing on improving them. To accomplish this, Multifunctional Sale Associates will have to focus on all the tools available to foster the omnichannel experience.
• Ensure that the standards of the shopfloor are spotless: product well replenished and that the store clean, tidy and merchandised in an attractive way in order to maximize sales and offer the experience that our customers deserve. In terms of security standards, either in fitting rooms, stockrooms, shopfloor, or cash desk, they must be adhered to.
• Use different tools provided to cover the tasks mentioned above efficiently and in a respectful and appropriate way.
• While working at the cash desk, process all register transactions in a smooth, efficient, and accurate way to ensure that the last part of the experience in the store is enjoyable and satisfactory for the customer while ensuring that all the policies and procedures are followed strictly.
• When working in the stockrooms, participate in all objectives related with operations of the back areas including: delivery, replenishment, transfers in & out, maintenance of the standards of the stockroom, inventories and keeping the area clean, tidy and organized.
• Share knowledge with new starters providing them with basic training and collaborating on their onboardings. At all times, behave according to the values of Mango.
• Carry all the above following at all the times our Health and Safety standards.
