Requirements

Strong leadership instincts—you know how to motivate and develop people
The ability to juggle multiple priorities without losing attention to detail
A customer-first mindset with a passion for service
Confidence in making decisions and solving problems on the fly
Leadership experience managing teams of 15+
Comfortable with Microsoft Office and POS systems
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to pass background, MVR, and drug screening

Responsibilities

Lead and inspire teams to bring energy, accountability, and purpose to the floor
Partner with other leadership to drive sales, donations, and operational success
