About The Position

The Staff Pad is partnering with a growing, multi-location dental group in the South Bend area to identify an Associate Dentist ready to step into a high-impact role. This is an ideal opportunity for a dentist who is motivated, growth-minded, and excited to take ownership of a primary location while contributing across a collaborative, multi-site team. The practice is part of a well-established, three-location dental group with a modern clinical environment, strong support staff, consistent patient flow, and solid production performance. It is a technology-enabled practice with digital scanning and imaging tools and fosters a collaborative culture across locations. The role offers the opportunity to anchor a primary practice location, gain exposure to a multi-site model with growth potential, expand into implants, ortho, cosmetics, and Botox, and receive mentorship with real autonomy to grow.

Requirements

• DDS or DMD (or eligible for Indiana licensure)
• Open to new graduates and experienced dentists
• Motivated, growth-oriented, and comfortable taking initiative
• Team player with a strong patient-first mindset
• Interested in expanding clinical scope and long-term opportunity

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive general dentistry services
• Grow and develop implant and orthodontic offerings
• Contribute to cosmetic and adjunct services (including Botox)
• Utilize modern tools including digital scanning and imaging technology
• Collaborate across multiple practice locations as needed
