About The Position

Always Best Care is expanding its skilled home health services and is seeking a compassionate, motivated Occupational Therapist to assist with initial evaluations and patient care as their skilled census continues to grow. This position is ideal for an OT who is currently employed full-time and interested in earning additional income through flexible PRN or part-time work, or for someone seeking a part-time schedule with the possibility of increased hours as business needs evolve.

Requirements

• Current Occupational Therapist license in the State of New Mexico.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance.
• Ability to work independently while delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.

Nice To Haves

• Home health experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform occupational therapy evaluations in patients' homes.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on physician orders and patient needs.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to provide exceptional patient care.
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Help support the continued growth and development of our skilled home health program.
