About The Position

Join Fun Spot America Theme Parks as a member of the Food and Beverage team, playing a role in ensuring exceptional experiences for our Guests. Requirements

  • Ability to complete and pass the State Food Safety Certification exam.
  • Compliance with Fun Spot America Theme Park’s drug-free workplace policy, including consent to pre-employment drug testing and adherence to federal, state, and local laws regarding drug and alcohol use.
  • Successfully undergo a comprehensive background check and motor vehicle check when applicable.
  • Ability to utilize various computer software’s including Microsoft Office
  • Ability to move around and stand for long periods of time
  • Ability to lift and carry 50lbs.
  • Visual Acuity
  • Tolerance of Temperature Fluctuations

Nice To Haves

  • Preferred experience in food & beverage, hospitality, or high-volume guest service environments; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Candidates with previously leadership experience are highly encouraged to apply.
  • Demonstrated experience providing excellent guest service and communication skills is strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Assign and manage staff positions and location coverage to ensure seamless operations; reforecasting and escalating to senior leadership when necessary.
  • Foster accountability, appearance standards, safety practices, and exceptional service within the Food and Beverage Team.
  • Maintain high standards of food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety in compliance with company, state, and local regulatory guidelines.
  • Support team performance through coaching, training, accountability, and clear communication of SOPs and expectations.
  • Partner with leadership to communicate updates, address staffing needs, and assist with reporting, audits, and timekeeping.
  • Oversee inventory handling, equipment functionality, and proper opening/closing of food service locations.
  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences by resolving concerns promptly and ensuring quality, accuracy, and speed of service.
  • Drive sales through upselling and maintaining strong product knowledge across food and beverage offerings.
  • Process transactions accurately and assist with food and beverage preparation as needed to support operations.
  • Collaborate across departments to support overall park operations and complete additional duties as assigned.
  • Support performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
  • Opportunities to develop via weekly Leadership & Motivation meetings.
  • Complete any other duties to assist with the operation of the park.
