Requirements

  • Strong leadership instincts—you know how to motivate and develop people
  • The ability to juggle multiple priorities without losing attention to detail
  • A customer-first mindset with a passion for service
  • Confidence in making decisions and solving problems on the fly
  • Leadership experience managing teams of 15+
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office and POS systems
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass background, MVR, and drug screening

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual skills are a plus
