About The Position

The Multi-Store Shift Supervisor supports store success across multiple locations in a district by delegating work, maintaining operational and customer service standards, mentoring Team Members, and helping create a positive, high-energy store culture. The role works alongside Team Members and provides performance feedback to the General Manager. It also helps ensure that stores operate safely and in compliance with regulatory requirements, and travels locally to support nearby stores as needed. This position offers set schedules, four-day work weeks, and every other weekend off. The listed starting rate is $21.00 per hour, with an additional $1.50 per hour for work from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. The position requires evening availability and commuting up to 30 miles one way per day; mileage is reimbursed for travel exceeding 30 miles one way.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years old; Virginia state law requires Supervisors to be at least 21 for specific tasks.
Have proven experience leading a team or collaborating effectively to achieve shared goals.
Be capable of multitasking and performing repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
Be able to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally and assist another person in lifting up to 40 pounds.
Be willing to commute up to 30 miles one way per day.

Prior food service experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

Delegate tasks to Store Team Members while ensuring operational and customer service standards are consistently met.
Inspire and mentor Team Members and help them develop skills for delivering exceptional service.
Provide the General Manager with performance feedback about Team Members.
Work alongside Team Members to maintain smooth store operations.
Promote a positive and engaging store culture by embodying Sheetz Performance Standards.
Deliver outstanding, customer-focused service.
Maintain a safe and compliant environment by following regulatory and compliance standards.
Travel locally to support nearby stores as required.
