This position is responsible for utilizing knowledge of wiring schematics, electrical inspection procedures, electrician tools, and safety codes and regulations to design and deploy electrical solutions across environments and applications. The role involves implementing and monitoring controls to ensure the quality of machine and component fabrication and design, leading inspection activities for electrical systems, and predicting quality inspection trends to recommend updates for system efficiency. The technician will oversee the maintenance of all electrical equipment, consult on electrician services, and establish norms, standards, and guidelines for electrical services. Additionally, the role requires repairing, maintaining, and diagnosing mechanical and electrical equipment in an industrial setting using advanced skills, interpreting functional and technical blueprints, and maintaining technical drawings and specifications. The technician will also perform routine installation and maintenance tasks onsite, lead and participate in teams by sharing resources and information, and develop, communicate, and implement processes to meet business needs.
