Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician
About The Position
7-Eleven is seeking a Multi Skilled Maintenance Technician I to join their team and help keep their stores running smoothly. This role involves ensuring equipment like Slurpee machines are functioning correctly and addressing in-store maintenance challenges. The technician will respond to service requests for minor repairs to a variety of in-store equipment, including beverage and food equipment, ice makers, and fuel dispensers. They will also handle orders related to plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance issues. Additionally, the role involves managing parts inventory, completing daily reports, training other level I technicians, prioritizing work, and performing basic maintenance on structures.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- 1+ years in general repairs and maintenance
- Valid Driver’s License
- Show leadership
- Peer-to-peer tech support
- Effective communication
- Handle stretch assignments
- Facility location ownership

Responsibilities
- Respond to service requests for minor repairs to a wide variety of in-store equipment (such as beverage & food equipment, ice makers, & fuel dispensers)
- Handle orders related to plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance issues
- Manage parts inventory and complete daily reports to ensure efficiency
- Train other level I technicians
- Prioritize work
