About The Position

Cirrus Asset Management is hiring a Multi-Site Maintenance Supervisor to maintain properties in Austin, Texas, including Avana, North 40, Fashionaire, Soco at Alpine, and Casa 39 (184 units). The role involves completing work orders and apartment turnovers, inspecting and repairing building systems, and maintaining safe, clean properties that meet health and safety standards. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM, with on-call work as needed. Compensation is $27–$30 per hour.

Requirements

At least two years of previous experience as a Maintenance Supervisor.
Ability to travel to and from multiple properties as needed.
High school diploma.
In-depth knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods.
Applicable knowledge of tools, common appliances, and devices.
Manual dexterity and attention to detail.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Problem-solving aptitude.

Nice To Haves

Relevant additional certifications, such as HVAC or CMRP.

Responsibilities

Complete work orders within the designated time frame.
Complete apartment turnovers within five days of move-out.
Survey buildings and repair mechanical systems to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
Maintain and repair electrical systems, including light bulbs, sockets, and circuit breaker panels.
Maintain and repair plumbing and heating components.
Prepare, prime, and paint interior and exterior building surfaces.
Maintain and repair locks, locking mechanisms, closers, doors, and controllers.
Maintain and complete documentation for fire extinguishers, fire suppression systems, building alarm contacts, and other building systems.
Perform manual repairs as needed, such as fixing locks and replacing windows.
Participate in ongoing technical, safety, and operational process training programs.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Document work performance and materials procurement as directed.
Travel between multiple properties as needed.
Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
