About The Position

Trinity Property Consultants is hiring a Multi-Site Leasing Consultant to support two or more properties. The role provides customer service to prospective and current residents while advancing leasing goals and helping create welcoming communities. The position pays $16 to $17 per hour, depending on experience, plus lease commissions and lease renewal bonuses. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; availability for nights, weekends, and holidays is also required as needed. Active participation in team functions and regional or company activities is expected. The consultant shows and leases homes, supports marketing and occupancy efforts, processes applications, and guides residents through move-in. The role also involves responding to resident needs, coordinating maintenance requests, maintaining accurate files and availability information, inspecting units, assisting with move-outs and property turnover, and handling collections. The position includes administrative support and requires working both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions. Requirements

At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or sales role.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain accurate records.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to handle high-stress situations and resolve conflicts constructively.
Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varied weather conditions.
Ability to respond promptly to visual and auditory alarms.

Nice To Haves

Multifamily leasing experience.
Additional education or certifications, such as knowledge of Fair Housing laws and regulations.
Experience with Yardi, Entrata, EliseAI, Celeri, and social media.

Responsibilities

Show, lease, and welcome prospective residents at multiple properties.
Assist with market surveys and execute marketing strategies to maintain strong occupancy.
Process rental applications accurately and efficiently.
Guide residents through move-in and help ensure a smooth experience.
Respond promptly and professionally to resident inquiries and concerns.
Process maintenance requests and work with the team to ensure timely resolution.
Maintain complete and accurate resident files.
Update unit availability and community calendars daily.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure units meet move-in-ready standards.
Support property management with administrative duties, phone support, and other tasks as needed.
Conduct move-out inspections and assist with property turnover procedures.
Handle resident collections in accordance with company standards.
Participate in team functions and regional or company activities.
