About The Position

Latitude Subrogation Services (LSS) is seeking a remote Property Subrogation Specialist to join their growing team. LSS is a leader in subrogation outsourcing, providing comprehensive recovery solutions since 1997 for insurers, self-insured entities, third party administrators, and specialty risk companies. The Quality Analyst role is responsible for ensuring service quality and compliance through audits, claim reviews, quality controls, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role evaluates internal claim handling, identifies subrogation opportunities in client claim files, and analyzes performance trends to support recovery objectives and drive excellence in subrogation performance.

Requirements

  • Demonstrate a strong knowledge of multi-line subrogation.
  • Understand relevant laws, regulations, case law and industry trends.
  • Apply knowledge to understand how best to maximize recovery efforts.
  • Maintain certifications and licensures where applicable.
  • Strong work ethic with accountability, initiative, and commitment to results.
  • Excellent attention to detail and documentation practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and multiple business systems.
  • Effective customer service, reporting, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build strong working relationships, collaborate across all levels of the organization, and contribute to a positive, high-performing team culture.
  • 5+ years of multi-line insurance subrogation with inter-company arbitration filing and claims auditing experience preferred.
  • High school diploma required.
  • Strong time and project management skills.
  • Reliable home internet access with minimum speeds of 15 Mbps download and 8 Mbps upload.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
  • Ability to speak Spanish is a plus.
  • Certified Subrogation Recovery Professional (CSRP) and other professional designations preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Completes audits of internal subrogation claim handling and assessments of claim handler performance to evaluate quality and ensure client workflow compliance.
  • Reviews internal processes and procedures to assess and promote quality and business control.
  • Evaluates external closed claim files to assess and identify subrogation potential.
  • Performs analytical reviews to identify operational trends, determine root causes, and recommend opportunities to improve performance and quality.
  • Prepares clear, concise reports and presentations summarizing findings, recommendations, and results.
  • May assist with the design of action plans to improve performance, processes and controls and/or track their status and results.
  • Supports key quality control activities, including assessments of critical subrogation processes and referral management.
  • May lead or participate in process analysis and improvement projects.
  • May assist with subrogation claims when required to support business needs and recovery objectives.
