About The Position

This is a travel position where the Multi-Family Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of assigned jobs, managing on-site labor, ensuring quality control, and maintaining a neat job site. The role involves daily updates, communication with project managers, and coordination of materials and subcontractor payments.

Requirements

• Ability to manage on-site labor
• Proficiency in updating daily logs and work orders
• Skill in obtaining and securing materials
• Capability to perform quality control checks
• Experience in maintaining a neat job site
• Ability to report discovered damage to the Project Manager
• Experience obtaining COS / COC
• Ability to take completion photos
• Willingness to perform other tasks assigned by supervisor

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Company Cam
• Experience with PSA updates
• Experience coordinating dumpster swaps and deliveries
• Experience monitoring hotel stays and informing PM of extensions

Responsibilities

• Updates Company Cam daily
• Performs Daily Monitoring on assigned jobs
• Manages on site labor
• Communicates Dumpster swap outs and deliveries
• Monitors hotels stay and informs PM if extensions needed
• Updates PSA daily – Notes and Work Orders
• Obtains Invoices from Sub-Contractors for completed work
• Turns in Sign Off’s, Invoices, & Work Orders for Sub pay
• Helps obtain and secures all materials
• Deliver Materials if need be
• Quality Control
• Maintains Neat Job Site
• Reports back to PM if additional damage is discovered
• Obtain COS / COC
• Takes Completion Photos of completed work
• Any other tasked assigned by supervisor
