About The Position

We are hiring a Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician for our steel pickling & slitting operation. This is a night shift role built for high-skill troubleshooters who want fewer interruptions and the kind of overtime structure that pushes earnings into six-figure territory. Training is completed on day shift before moving to nights (6:00pm–6:00am, 24/7 bi-weekly rotation). This is hands-on, heavy equipment maintenance — not light facility work.

Requirements

• 2+ years of industrial maintenance, manufacturing, or heavy mechanical experience
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting ability
• Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, bearings, pumps, conveyors, or gearboxes
• Willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Able to complete CPR, First Aid, and First Responder training

Nice To Haves

• Welding/fabrication experience
• PLC experience
