About The Position

We’re hiring a Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician for our steel pickling & slitting operation. This is a nightshift role built for high-skill troubleshooters who want fewer interruptions, and the kind of overtime structure that pushes earnings into six-figure territory. Training is completed on day shift before moving to nights (6:00pm–6:00am, 24/7 bi-weekly rotation). This is a shift where your skill actually shows — and pays. Night shift is where the real work happens. Fewer interruptions — more time to actually fix things. Higher earning potential. Smaller crew — your skill matters more. A steady 24/7 operation where maintenance is always active and supported. Ideal for techs who like diagnosing problems and keeping production moving. If you like being the person who keeps the plant alive overnight, this is your environment. This is hands-on, heavy equipment maintenance — not light facility work.

Requirements

• 2+ years of industrial maintenance, manufacturing, or heavy mechanical experience
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting ability
• Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, bearings, pumps, conveyors, or gearboxes
• Comfortable with computers, meters, and measurement tools
• Willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Able to complete CPR, First Aid, and First Responder training

Nice To Haves

• Welding/fabrication experience
• PLC experience
