About The Position

Eye Eye Security is a rapidly growing cybersecurity scale-up, founded in 2020 by three individuals from the Dutch intelligence service, with the goal of protecting the digital assets of SMEs across Europe. With a robust portfolio under the Eye Cyber Guard product bundle, Eye Security offers customized cybersecurity solutions in a subscription-based SaaS model. The offering ranges from Managed Detection and Response, Incident Response, and Attack Surface Management to Security Awareness Services and insurance, targeting a customer base of over 650 companies. Currently, over 180 ambitious IT experts are employed at Eye Security's locations in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, and the UK. As an MSP Partner Manager, you will be responsible for building our partnership and sales network with security-oriented partnerships to sell with and through Managed Service Providers (MSPs). Throughout the entire process, the focus will be on building and maintaining relationships with our customers, utilizing your network to connect with potential partners and clients.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in building a partner network from scratch.
  • Analytical skills and solid strategic planning ability.
  • Entrepreneurial thinking and action, teamwork, and a solution-oriented approach.
  • Fluent German and English language skills (spoken and written).
  • Very good presentation and communication skills.
  • Understanding of the cybersecurity landscape and the ability to integrate it into customer/service models.
  • Willingness to travel up to 40%.

Responsibilities

  • Build our partner and Eye sales network from scratch, focusing on security-oriented partnerships.
  • Proactively approach potential partners, convince them of a collaboration, and develop a viable network.
  • Provide professional support to our partners from contract design to business closure.
  • Present our solutions at trade fairs and events.
  • Collaborate closely and cooperatively with colleagues from sales and marketing, as well as our business units, which is essential for our shared success.
  • Conceptualize, agree upon, and manage partners in the implementation of the joint business plan.
