About The Position

Watermark Retirement Communities is seeking a highly organized, communicative Move-In Coordinator with a passion for working with seniors. The coordinator manages each resident’s move-in process from start to finish, helping ensure a smooth transition into their new home. This role serves as a key point of contact and brand ambassador, working closely with the sales team and management and communicating with prospective residents and their families, moving companies, maintenance, housekeeping, and interior designers.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a move-in coordination role.
• Highly organized.
• Excellent people skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent computer skills, including Word, Excel, and online systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the move-in process for residents from start to finish.
• Serve as the point person for each move and coordinate with the sales team and management.
• Communicate with prospective residents and family members, moving companies, maintenance, housekeeping, and interior designers.
• Attend to details that help welcome residents and support a smooth transition into their new home.
• Represent the community as a brand ambassador and make a positive first impression.
