Knowledge of Alzheimer’s Disease, related dementias, and behavior management techniques, and a sincere desire to work with cognitively impaired residents.

Responsibilities

Serve as a point of contact for residents and their families, aiding in the scheduling of assessments and move-in dates
Coordinate move-in paperwork and maintain resident files
Assist with scheduling tours, preparing marketing materials, and scheduling outreach meetings or presentations
Assist in management of CRM software
Work collaboratively across departments to ensure apartments are move-in ready
Promote and participate in company-wide initiatives and events
