We are a Luxury State-of-the-Art Senior Living Community and we are NOW HIRING for a Move-in Coordinator (Resident Services Coorinator) to work in conjunction with our Sales and Marketing team within our location. Requirements

  • Must be organized, detail oriented and able to work as a team with internal departments.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Must be able to problem solve and be able to utilize good judgement and possess sound decision-making skills.
  • Qualified candidates must exhibit a professional, personable and pleasant demeanor.
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, good computer skills and courteous phone etiquette.
  • A strong passion for seniors.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the Senior Living industry, Hospitality industry, or Sales and Marketing preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Supports the Sales and Marketing team in the Community.
  • Supports lead database.
  • Creating move-in packets.
  • Coordinating the moving efforts and logistics for new residents entering the community.
  • Liaisons with family and team members for transition.
  • Provides outstanding customer service to residents and family members during and after the orientation period.
  • Communicates with internal departments.
  • Assures necessary paperwork and medical documents are complete prior to move-in.
  • Assists with tours and marketing events as needed.
