In this Global Future Leader role, you will act as a Motorola Strategy Analyst. In this role, you will support the development and execution of Motorola’s overall business strategy as well as focused strategic initiatives across areas such as regional expansion, cost savings, investment optimization, and business growth. You will analyze market and business trends, translate data into actionable insights, and coordinate strategic initiatives across cross-functional and regional teams. This role is designed for an early-career professional who is analytical, detail-oriented, and organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and build effective partnerships across a global organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field, with Finance, Marketing, or Strategy concentrations preferred.
  • Relevant experience in business strategy, data analytics, research, consulting, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data, structure business problems, and translate findings into clear insights and recommendations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly present business insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities while working effectively in a collaborative, global environment.
  • Self-motivated, curious, and comfortable taking ownership of assigned work while adapting to new challenges.
  • Currently completing or recently completed a degree from an accredited university (Bachelors, Masters or PhD)
  • Passion for technology, innovation, and continuous learning
  • Demonstrated leadership potential through academic, professional, internship, or community involvement
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving capabilities
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and work effectively across global teams

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to strategic initiatives across Motorola’s key business priorities and geographies by coordinating inputs, tracking progress, and preparing analyses.
  • Analyze market trends, business performance, consumer insights, and changes in the competitive landscape to identify opportunities and inform strategic recommendations.
  • Develop competitive analyses, market intelligence summaries, and clear, data-supported insights for business and marketing stakeholders.
  • Support efforts to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of Motorola’s investments and business spend.
  • Create clear presentations, reports, and communication materials for the global business, strategy organization, and leadership audiences.
  • Assist in building business cases for new initiatives by defining assumptions, expected outcomes, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and regional partners to support alignment and execution of Motorola’s strategic business priorities.
