About The Position

The Lenovo Global Future Leaders Program is a highly selective program designed to develop Lenovo's next generation of business and technology leaders. Created for exceptional graduates, the program provides accelerated development opportunities for individuals ready to grow their careers and make an impact at one of the world's leading technology companies. As a Global Future Leader, you'll gain hands-on experience through challenging assignments and rotational opportunities across Lenovo. You'll collaborate with teams and leaders around the world, building a broad understanding of our organization while developing the skills needed to create meaningful impact. During your first three years, you'll participate in cross-functional experiences, strategic projects, leadership development, and mentorship opportunities designed to accelerate your growth. From day one, you'll take on meaningful work, gain exposure to senior leaders, and help drive innovative solutions that deliver smarter technology for all. We're looking for ambitious problem-solvers, innovative thinkers, and future leaders who are energized by technology, embrace new challenges, and are eager to make an impact. This AI Strategy & Innovation Analyst role supports Lenovo's North America Customer Excellence Center (CEC) by exploring how emerging artificial intelligence technologies can drive smarter decisions, stronger customer outcomes, and next-generation business strategies.
