About The Position

The Motorcoach Driver safely transports passengers on long-distance and local routes, including charters, tours, and contracted services. The role operates company motorcoaches while maintaining safety, reliability, regulatory compliance, professionalism, and a positive passenger experience. Drivers may work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and overnight trips.

Requirements

• Valid CDL with passenger endorsement.
• Acceptable driving record and ability to pass background checks and drug screening.
• Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and hours-of-service requirements.
• Strong commitment to safety and customer service.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to manage time, routes, and trip schedules independently.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and overnight trips.

Nice To Haves

• Previous motorcoach or commercial driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a motorcoach for charter trips, tours, and contracted routes.
• Transport passengers to and from destinations in a timely and efficient manner.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report maintenance concerns.
• Comply with DOT, state, and company safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate logs, mileage, and trip documentation.
• Provide professional, high-quality customer service.
• Assist passengers with boarding, luggage, and general needs.
• Communicate with dispatch regarding schedules, delays, and route updates.
• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the motorcoach.
• Follow safety procedures and respond appropriately in emergencies.
