About The Position

24/7 MotorCoach Service Center is seeking qualified RV Technicians to service and repair vehicles according to established standards and procedures. The role involves diagnosing and repairing mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and maintenance issues, documenting work performed, and ensuring repairs meet quality standards. The facility is a 125,000-square-foot, climate-controlled indoor workspace, and the service department operates at high volume alongside a premium storage facility.

Requirements

Advanced RV diagnostic and repair skills, or skills and experience fixing mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and maintenance problems.
Strong attention to detail.
Highly organized and self-motivated.
Knowledge of RV maintenance and repairs.
Ability to document all work performed.
Excellent customer service focus and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with customers, vendors, and staff.
Previous experience in a fast-paced environment and working knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, A/C, electrical appliances and wiring, hitches, brake controllers, and general maintenance.
Must have own tools and reliable transportation.
Must be able to pass a background check, DMV check, and drug test.

Nice To Haves

Experience in a similar work environment.
RVIA certification or Master Certification.

Responsibilities

Discuss concerns with the General Manager and/or Service Lead, examine RVs, and diagnose issues using experience, analysis, and testing.
Present job cost estimates and recommendations or needs for parts replacement.
Ensure completed work meets quality standards.
Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers.
Troubleshoot pneumatic, hydraulic, electromechanical, and electronic problems, making necessary adjustments, repairs, or overhauls.
Repair water and sewage plumbing, propane gas lines, and electrical wiring as needed.
Remove damaged exterior panels and repair or replace structural frame pieces.
Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
