About The Position

Martin Motorsports is seeking a full-time Motorclothes Associate for its Harley Davidson Louisville location. The associate sets up and maintains an appealing retail environment and assists customers with shopping and merchandise purchases. The role requires a professional appearance and a positive customer-service approach.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license and satisfactory motor vehicle record (MVR).
Ability to clear a pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

Assist customers in selecting merchandise and suggest complementary products.
Accept cash and credit card payments and maintain an accurate cash register.
Create special orders and notify customers when special-order or back-ordered items arrive.
Answer telephone calls, provide price quotes and other information, and capture customer names and phone numbers.
Assist with organizing and maintaining the cleanliness of the general merchandise department.
Receive and stock incoming inventory and verify receipts against purchase orders.
Handle customer complaints reasonably, with empathy and a positive attitude, while demonstrating a commitment to excellent customer service.
Assist with setting up, organizing, and staging special events.
Complete training as directed by the supervisor.
Follow policies and procedures in the Employee Handbook.
Perform other duties as assigned.
