About The Position
The Mosaic Summer Hire provides administrative support within a selected Brotherhood Mutual department for a designated period. The role may also support routine or seasonal projects and participate in assigned program curriculum and activities. The position requires familiarity with church operations and conduct appropriate to Brotherhood Mutual’s church and related ministries market.
Requirements
- Be enrolled in college and actively working toward a bachelor's degree.
- Hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Have a valid driver's license.
- Exhibit working knowledge of standard office practices and procedures.
- Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills.
- Possess mathematical, organizational, and people skills.
- Be able to multitask, attend to details accurately, and maintain confidentiality.
- Exhibit working knowledge of Microsoft Office computer programs.
- Be able to interface effectively with external contacts, Brotherhood employees, managers, and department staff.
- Be able to lift 50 pounds, bend, reach, stretch to perform manual labor duties, and climb a ladder.
- Be able to work outside during adverse weather conditions.
- Be familiar with church operations and conduct oneself in a manner that will not alienate or offend people in Brotherhood Mutual's target market.

- One year of general work experience is desired.
