Morton County Lower Heart Water Resource Board
About The Position
The Morton County Lower Heart Water Resource District Board makes decisions regarding the upkeep and improvement of the levee system that protects Mandan from Heart River flooding, as well as the upkeep and improvement of the interior drainage system. The district meets on the second Thursday of each month. Three appointments are available, each for a three-year term expiring December 31, 2029. Any qualified elector of the Morton County Lower Heart Water Resource District is eligible for appointment. The application deadline is December 15, 2026. - Must be a qualified elector of the Morton County Lower Heart Water Resource District.
