About The Position

Responsible for helping to maintain an enterprise wide information security program to ensure information assets are appropriately protected. Knowledgeable in Mortgage Application Security best practices and regulatory and compliance requirements that impact security for the Bank. Uses practical knowledge of how application security systems function to support the security technology deployed throughout the enterprise. Implements and oversees security procedures that ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information systems technology.

Requirements

  • Knowledgeable in Mortgage Application Security best practices and regulatory and compliance requirements that impact security for the Bank.
  • Practical knowledge of how application security systems function to support the security technology deployed throughout the enterprise.
  • Ability to implement and oversee security procedures that ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information systems technology.
  • Bachelor’s Degree and 3-5 years of directly related professional experience as a Security Administrator, Systems Administrator or similar role or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

  • Administer security applications used to service mortgage loans.
  • Assist with developing policies for data security, management, monitoring, and audit to support information security and reporting.
  • Document procedures that address the why, when, and how- to system administration processes.
  • Work with information technology to develop security standards and information assurance policies and procedures.
  • Administer an effective policy compliance monitoring and enforcement program.
  • Prepare reports as required to executive management on the Information Security Program's effectiveness, including policy violations, security risks, and the progress of all security-related remedial actions and metrics.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on a broad range of information security standards and best practices.
  • Design, test, and maintain system recovery plans and materials.
