This role involves utilizing office equipment to process and verify quantities of documents to meet fulfillment according to client requests. The position requires skills developed through formal training or work experience, involves meeting daily and monthly goals to adhere to Service Level Agreements, and operates within established procedures and guidelines with a moderate degree of supervision. The individual is accountable for work assigned to completion.
Requirements
- Requires skills developed through formal training or work experience
- Knowledge of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac guidelines
- Worked with FedEx and UPS carrier websites
