Mortgage Servicing Processor - Full Time
About The Position
1st MidAmerica is seeking a member-focused Mortgage Servicing Processor to manage day-to-day mortgage loan servicing. The role includes posting payments, processing and analyzing escrow accounts, maintaining loan accounts, and responding to members’ home-loan concerns. The position is based in Bethalto, Illinois, and requires the ability to work and travel to different credit union locations as determined by management. This is a full-time position with a 40-hour work week scheduled within the listed hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with Saturday hours from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. no more than once per month. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Must be able to work and travel to different credit union locations as determined by management.
Nice To Haves
- Prior mortgage experience is preferred but not required.
- Customer service experience is a plus.
