About The Position
The Mortgage Servicing Specialist supports loan transfer activities by implementing process changes, comparing and analyzing data, and working with counterparties to resolve data differences. Familiarity with MSP data and mortgage servicing sales or acquisitions is valuable. The role also helps develop training materials and implement processes. This is an intermediate-level contract position based in West Des Moines, Iowa, with a hybrid workplace arrangement.
Requirements
- Knowledge of mortgage servicing sales and/or acquisitions within Home Lending.
- Working knowledge of MSP.
- Experience with data structure, formatting, mapping, translation, and conversion.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- A strong sense of urgency, passion for results, and personal accountability.
- Project management experience, including planning, organizing, coordinating, and partnering to complete initiatives.
- Strong relationship-building and relationship-management skills.
- Demonstrated success collaborating with internal and external partners and vendors.
- Excellent analytical and problem-resolution skills.
- Proven results developing, integrating, and achieving business goals and initiatives.
- Proficiency in Excel, including PivotTables and VLOOKUP.
- Attention to detail, adaptability, sound judgment, and the ability to manage priorities.
