About The Position

Acrisure Mortgage, a leading residential mortgage lender, is seeking experienced Mortgage Processors for potential future opportunities within our organization. While we may not have an immediate opening, we are always interested in connecting with seasoned processors who have current experience as well as a proven track record of supporting builder partnerships. Candidates who meet the qualifications below are encouraged to apply and submit their information for consideration as future remote opportunities become available. The Processor is responsible for processing files from submission through underwriting to closing. They will work closely with the borrower, referral source and internal team members including the Loan Officers, Underwriters and Closers to complete all functions within a timely manner and consistent with all operations policies and procedures.

Requirements

Minimum of two to five years' experience processing FHA, VA, Conventional, Bond and USDA loans.
Experience working on retail builder pipelines.
Familiarity with guidelines for each loan type.
Experience using DU, LP and GUS.
Accustomed to working with multiple loan originators.
Capable of processing an average of 15-20 closed files per month.
Ability to provide exceptional customer service.
Minimum of 2-5 years CURRENT experience processing residential mortgage loans
Encompass experience
Navigates Microsoft Office with ease and is technology savvy
Possess problem solving skills, attention to detail and strong communication skills

Nice To Haves

Supporting builder partnerships.
Experience working with a new home builder preferred
