About The Position
Provides support to the Servicing Department with Product Coordination and System Administration.
Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Two to Five years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficient in Excel, Word
- Excellent customer service and time management skills, attention to detail, effective written and verbal communication skills, & work effectively in team environment.
- Knowledge in Mortgage Banking industry
Responsibilities
- Assists in the onboarding of new loans to the servicing system.
- Pre-audits new loans to ensure information entered is accurate.
- Provides superior customer service, both written and verbal, to homeowners, bankers, and other vendors.
- Completes the daily deposit of all checks that have been received.
- Responsible for handling the return mail received in the office. (welcome packets)
