About The Position

The Mortgage Loan Servicing Representative performs routine and complex mortgage-loan servicing tasks in one or more functional areas, including administration, cashiering, new loans/acquisitions, special loans, escrow, investor accounting, customer service, or default. With limited supervision, the representative recognizes, researches, analyzes, and resolves problems and applies relevant regulations. The role also handles telephone inquiries, helps train new employees, and assists other functional areas as needed. The position is full time and is located at 922 Walnut St, Kansas City, Missouri 64106. The stated hourly compensation range is $21.40 to $27.65, based on relevant factors. Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Requirements

• Thorough knowledge of mortgage servicing functions.
• Intermediate analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to consistently meet or exceed minimum departmental productivity standards.

• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook.
• High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 4 years of mortgage loan experience.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
