About The Position
We are seeking a detail-oriented Loan Processor to support our commercial mortgage lending team. The ideal candidate will be organized, responsive, and comfortable managing multiple loan files from application through closing.
Requirements
- 1+ year of mortgage, commercial lending, or loan processing experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic loan/document management systems.
Responsibilities
- Collect, review, and organize borrower and property documentation.
- Prepare and maintain loan files and ensure required documents are complete.
- Coordinate with borrowers, lenders, underwriters, appraisers, and other third parties.
- Track loan conditions, deadlines, and outstanding items.
- Assist with underwriting and closing processes.
- Provide timely updates and follow up on outstanding documentation.
- Ensure files are accurate and compliant with company and lender requirements.
