About The Position

At DAS Acquisition Company, LLC. (USA Mortgage), the Mortgage Loan Originator helps clients make strong financial decisions to achieve personal and financial goals. The role provides residential mortgage services and supports clients through home financing with an emphasis on high-quality service.

The Mortgage Loan Originator markets and solicits residential loan business, guides clients through home buying or refinancing, and builds a mortgage business within USA Mortgage with support from the team. The position requires an approved MLO license in NMLS and may involve travel up to 50%.

Requirements

• A 2- to 4-year college curriculum is preferred, or equivalent industry experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging sales environment.
• Encompass experience or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of various residential mortgage loan products.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a team player.
• Passion, strong communication skills, self-motivation, a positive attitude, and a competitive spirit.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
• MLO-approved license in NMLS.
