Requirements

• Minimum 1 year Loan Originator experience
• Active (or ability to obtain) NMLS license per the SAFE Act; multi-state licensing encouraged
• Proven sales performance and closing ability
• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills
• High level of detail orientation and accountability
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• Strong technical/computer proficiency

Responsibilities

• Analyze borrower credit, capacity, and collateral, and structure loan solutions
• Educate borrowers on products, pricing, and loan options
• Convert inbound and outbound opportunities into funded loans
• Ensure accuracy and compliance across all loan documentation
• Collaborate with the operations teams to move loans efficiently
• Deliver a high-touch borrower experience throughout the process
